Majestic Colonial Resort Punta Cana, Dominican Republic January 18th, 2014

We're so excited to be getting married in January 2014.
Of course, we really, really, really want you to be there too! Yes, you. We know that a non-traditional
wedding is asking a lot of our friends and family, but we hope that this trip will not only give us the
wedding of our dreams, but also a fantastic vacation in paradise for you. To help you plan, we'll be
using this site to provide as much information as possible. If you have any further questions, do not
hesitate to contact us.

Room Information
We have a block of rooms reserved from Wednesday, January 15, 2014 to Wednesday, January 22, 2014. Keep in mind that January 20 is MLK Day, so hopefully you have a day off of work! Reduced rates are available for 3 nights and up. We're working through Liberty Travel to book your resort stay (but not airfare).

Exact rates are posted on the Liberty Travel site. The rates vary based on your room selection, length of stay, and persons per room. (See the Liberty Travel site for details.) Here are the room rates, assuming double occupancy for 4 nights for both types of rooms, to give you an idea of cost:

• Junior Suite with Jacuzzi:
$137.50 per person, per night ($550 total)

• 1 Bedroom Suite with Jacuzzi:
$178.75 per person, per night ($715 total)

• Colonial Club Junior Suite with Jacuzzi | Adults Only:
$147.00 per person, per night ($588 total)
Colonial Club Information

Children (2-12 years old) are about $40-$60 a night, depending on room selection and length of stay. Up to 4 adults or 2 adults/2 children can stay in a room. We recommend at least 2 people per room, as single occupancy rates are significantly higher. If you'd like to come and need a roommate, let us know! We'll try our best to put you in touch with a potential roomie.

The Dominican Republic is a foreign country, so everyone (including minors)
will need a passport to travel. There is ample time for everyone to take care of
this, but it is a must so don't mess around.

First off, good for you. Now, go get your passport... it's okay, I'll wait till you get back. Alright, now check the expiration date, and make sure that it has not expired or will expire before the wedding. If you need to renew your passport, please do it as soon as possible as it can anywhere from 1-2 months for it to be returned. Once you renew it, it will not expire for ten years for adults, so you'll be good!
