We're so excited to be getting married in January 2014.
Of course, we really, really, really want you to be there too! Yes, you. We know that a non-traditional
wedding is asking a lot of our friends and family, but we hope that this trip will not only give us the
wedding of our dreams, but also a fantastic vacation in paradise for you. To help you plan, we'll be
using this site to provide as much information as possible. If you have any further questions, do not
hesitate to contact us.

Paul and Maria met in December 2006 in the offices of the now non-existent digital agency, TMX Communications. Maria was an intern, and Paul was a designer. On Paul's first day, Maria answered the door rather grumpily, as it was 9:00am, and showed him to his desk. Little did the nervous designer know that the grumpy intern would one day be his wife, and little did the grumpy intern know that the annoyingly-friendly-at-9:00am designer with the nice smile would someday be her husband.
After working together for about a year and half, they started spending time together after work. Maria liked Paul, but did not want to date a co-worker. One evening, they went to "Wing Night" together at Flanigan's Boathouse in Conshohocken. Over a pile of steaming hot wings (#romance), Paul let her know that he accepted another position and was going to put in his notice shortly. And Maria immediately swooped in… After one date (The Dark Knight at the King of Prussia movie theater), the rest, as they say, was history.
Four years later, they bought their first home, in Springfield. After an exhausting day of moving and unpacking, they were finally able to sit down with some Thai takeout. Paul kept insisting that they unpack another box. After much goading, Maria exasperatedly said, "FINE, which box??" (See? She was being grumpy again.) Paul presented her with a small, black, velvet box, and Maria immediately burst into tears. Through her blubbering, she managed to squeak out a "Yes!"
We're so excited to be married, but first, we gotta have a wedding!
And that's where all of you come in… Each one of you would be a special addition to our day.
We really hope you can make it!
Life is a beach, I'm just playing in the sand.
Our wedding will be at the Majestic Resorts – Colonial Punta Cana
It's a 5 star, all-inclusive resort in Playa Bávaro in beautiful Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

Children (2-12 years old) are about $40-$60 a night, depending on room selection and length of stay. Up to 4 adults or 2 adults/2 children can stay in a room. VERY IMPORTANT...YOU NEED A PASSPORT
The Dominican Republic is a foreign country, so everyone (including minors)
will need a passport to travel. There is ample time for everyone to take care of
this, but it is a must so don't mess around.
IF YOU DO HAVE A PASSPORT
First off, good for you. Now, go get your passport... it's okay, I'll wait till you get back. Alright, now check the expiration date, and make sure that it has not expired or will expire before the wedding. If you need to renew your passport, please do it as soon as possible as it can anywhere from 1-2 months for it to be returned. Once you renew it, it will not expire for ten years for adults, so you'll be good!

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PASSPORT
Well, you need one. So go get it. It is a very simple and relatively easy application process. Follow the
link below to begin the process for you and your family. Please do this as soon as possible as it can
anywhere from 1-2 months for it to be delivered.

Ground transportation will be provided (at no extra cost) to and from the Punta Cana Airport to the resort and
vice-versa. More details to follow.
